Two types of rooftop tent, choose the one that fits your trip.

We offer two types of rooftop tent: canvas and hard-shell. Below you will find the details of each to help you pick the best one for your journey.

campingCanvas tent

Canvas tents are the most popular choice among travellers and the most cost-effective option. They are made from canvas and have a cover that must be removed before pitching.

To pitch, the tent is opened manually through 180° - it does not take much strength, as the ladder works as a lever. Closing is the reverse: tuck the side canvas in properly, close the tent and put the cover back on.

Ideal for:: 1-2 adults per tent
Per vehicle:: 1-2 tents on a double-cab vehicle (usually 1.2 m and 1.4 m)
Dimensions:: Length when open: 2.4 m

campingHard-shell tent

Hard-shell tents take far less effort to pitch, they open with the help of built-in gas struts. They are made from canvas or alternative materials and have an aluminium lid.

To pitch, simply release the clips and the tent slides open on its own to about 45°. Closing is the reverse.

Ideal for:: 1-2 adults per tent
Per vehicle:: Up to 2 tents per vehicle
Dimensions:: Internal dimensions: 2,100 × 1,300 mm
