Your enquiry comes to us. We contact the rental company directly to confirm the car's availability, the current price and the selected extra equipment.

If the chosen model is not available, we will suggest the closest possible alternative or other available options in a similar budget.

We get back to you with a confirmed offer containing all the rental details and information about the payment method.

At this stage you can also consult us about the choice of car, equipment and your travel plan. We want you to be sure that the vehicle really suits your needs and the route you are planning.

After receiving the offer, you calmly decide whether you want to book. The actual rental and payment process begins only after your acceptance.

If you accept the offer, you pay directly into the rental company's account. We do not accept any payments and do not act as an intermediary in transferring funds. You enter into the contract directly with the local rental branch.

Depending on the specific rental company's rules, you may pay for the whole reservation or only the required deposit.

Once the payment is registered, you receive a booking confirmation and a full set of documents, including the rental terms and insurance information. You sign the originals when picking up the car on site.

After you land, you collect the car directly from the rental company. On site you sign the documents, get a short vehicle briefing and can start your journey.
